How Do You Treat Your Body, Like a Luxury Car or Junker? – Healthy Ketogenic Diet

How do you treat your body? Are you acting like it is an old junker car that you can run into the ground or are you investing in the care of your body like an expensive luxuary car. How you treat your body matters!

I have spoken to so many people who knowingly eat junk, with the belief that their body will be ok because they are not seeing any signs of damage right now. But yet, these same people are fully aware that you need to maintain your car to ensure that it does not break down prematurely.

How did it happen that we are investing more into keeping our cars in good running condition than our bodies? It is called addiction! When you are addicted, you make poor decisions. You lie to yourself and give yourself excuses to use your drug.

Wellness warriors, you need to allow yourself to see what you are doing. This is huge. Your body is the most important thing you will ever need to maintain. Without your body, you do not exist. Are you fueling and building it based on health or addiction. This really matters!

Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.
