These are the top reasons that people quit keto before they have gained the benefits of better health and improved weight. When we understand what blocks our progress, we can anticipate the issues and have a plan to over come them.
There really isn’t any “good” reason to quit keto before you achieve your health goals. There also isn’t a reason to quit keto after you’ve achieved your goal. But for some reason, people do quit. What’s more, those who quit feel validated because so many doctors state that it is not sustainable.
Well, what I think is that simply, there are too many people who have been keto for more than 5 years to continue to say that it is not sustainable. In fact, after 1.5 years myself, it is way too natural a way of eating to say that this is not sustainable. But, as with everything, just because people can do something does not mean they will continue. But that has nothing to do with sustainability and more to do with the fact that humans get bored.
You can improve your health and live a long healthy life. Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.
