Why Can’t I Lose Weight, Common Misunderstandings that Block Weight Loss
Whether you were losing weight and then it just seemed to stop or you were not even able to get the weight loss started, it is frustrating when you cannot achieve your goals. There are some common misunderstandings that block weight loss for most people.
For me, it was very frustrating to know that I was doing everything that I was told should help me to lose weight and yet see no movement on the
scale. It was frustrating enough that I absolutely stopped trying.
For the 10 years prior to my weight loss, I made zero attempt at losing weight. And guess what? I was happy. I did my sports and felt fine, until, I didn’t feel fine. And when my hip exploded in pain for no apparent reason, I was certain that it was just my weight catching up to me.
Well, although I was wrong, the series of events that took place next lead to my hip healing perfectly and my weight normalizing to what it is today.
There is information that you need to learn about how the body works if you want to achieve and maintain weight loss. There is information you need to learn about food as well. My video covers the body stuff and this book by Dr. Mark Hyman goes over the food stuff: https://amzn.to/2EhEO52
