Stop Self Sabotage with Food – Healthy Keto Diet

Emotional eating and cheat days are examples of self sabotage with food when we have weight or health goals that we are trying to achieve. Possibly leading to weight loss stalls, weight gain, and disappointment in ourlselves.

But why would anyone do something that is against their stated goal? Because we often are more focused on immediate self soothing behavior than on long term health. So we put a bandaid on the problem rather than finding a long term solution.

Put yourself first. Take the steps necessary to change your behavior towards solving the problems that exit in your life. Whether that means changing the way you cook or having a conversation with your spouse. The issues will only be solved when you decide to solve it. And you can solve it.

Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.
