Should You Eat What I Eat in a Day on Keto? – Healthy Ketogenic Diet

Should you eat what I eat in a day to ensure your health? I don’t know. Every human should eat a health ketogenic diet to be healthy. Yet each person is different, with different nutritional needs and restrictions and therefore, the specific foods you will eat will vary.

I know it is tempting to want to copy someone else’s diet to get their results but even if you eat exactly what I eat, you will likely get different results. And that is OK. In fact, it is perfectly normal.

You need to eat healthy foods and pay attention to how your body reacts. Over time, you will learn which healthy foods are benefitting your body and which foods that you thought were healthy for you are actually doing harm.

Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.
