How to Stay Sane, Safe, and Keto During Coronavirus/Covid-19 – Healthy Keto Diet

We all need to invest in staying sane, safe, and keto during coronavirus and covid-19. Our ability to protect ourselves from covid-19 means that we also protect our families and people with compromised immune systems.

The basics to staying healthy during covid-19 is understanding how the coronavirus is spread. There is very good information available about washing our hands often, staying away from crowds, and maintaining more than 2 meters of distance if you do need to interact with someone.

It is important to note, given there is no vaccine or medication for the virus, going to the hospital will not assist you unless you are too sick to recover at home. Minimizing the spread of covid-19 means self isolation if you exhibit any signs of the virus to protect others and eliminate the chance of spreading the virus.

Unfortunately, this means that many people are living extended periods of time in isolation. Sometimes leading to increased feelings of depression, maing recovery even more uncomfortable.

As much as we can, we need to reach out by phone and video to those who may be self isolating due to being ill or who live alone during this quarantine. This can help to manage the feelings of loneliness during these difficult times.
