There are so many fat loss myths that derail our progress when we try to lose weight. And the worst part, we don’t even notice that we are following rules that don’t make any sense. Everybody just knows that
this stuff works, right? Well if it works, why is our society quickly getting fatter and fatter? Because it doesn’t work.
In order to lose weight, you need to know what will actually help you to lose and what will keep you entrenched in the weight loss industry’s grip where they can sell you supplements and memberships to the gym without the long term success that you want to achieve. I know, I know, that was a run on sentence. But there was no other way to say it. And darn it, this is important! Your health is up to you! We have experts like Dr. Jason Fung who is very explicit about what causes obesity. When you know what is causing the problem, you can manage your weight and attain your health goals.
