Rejection is Painful
Rejection, it’s a devastating feeling. Your personality and understanding of social interactions will interact to affect the amount of aceptance or rejection you experience. By understanding what affects feeling accepted, you can take steps to better position yourself to be accepted.
We all want to be accepted by people. We want to feel loved and cared for and liked. In order for others to accept you, you need to know who you are, what you like, and what you dislike. When we are not doing well socially, we need to evaluate if we are interacting well with the people that we have in our life. Everyone is different and we need to be willing to take a realistic look at our personality and interests and then the people with whom we spend our time and determine our compatibility. Thanks for watching Violet's Practical Help.
