Illness Affects Mood
Ever notice how people seem to become completely different when they are ill. Illness affects mood. Unfortunately, when we do not keep that in mind, we react to ill people as if they are being unreasonable and are dismissive of what they are going through.
Feeling good in our body is so important. Often we notice that if we gain some weight or don't get enough sleep, we don't "feel" good or comfortable. This affects our mood. When we are suffering a physical illness, it is important for us to treat our mental health along side our physical health.A book to get you started on how physical health affects mental health:Canada: http://amzn.to/2ufF8vRUnited Kingdom: http://amzn.to/2tP8FvvFind violet at www.violetreveira.comAll product links are amazon associate links.
